a different manner according to what the location demands. The care & maintenance
is conducted on a day to day basis. Our Carwash Equipment and Buildings
are forefront in the industry.

We have established an outstanding reputation within the carwash industry
due to our high standards and achievements. We are members of the International
Carwash Association and the Midwest Carwash Association. We are featured
in Manufacturers Video presentations and all major industry publications. We have built over 400 carwashes to date.
40 YEARS AS DEVELOPERS & BUILDERS
We have developed & built carwashes in the following states: Ohio, Iowa, Pennsylvania,
Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois and Florida. Prior projects ranged from custom
homes, apartments, hospitals, strip malls, condominiums and for the past
18+ years carwash developments.
4 YEARS AS ZONING BOARD CHAIRMAN
We have a tremendous insight concerning the politics in each carwash project
we commense due to personnel having served as Chairman on a zoning board
for 4 years. Each township, county, city and community offer challenging
issues to reconcile. Our experience and knowledge enable us to propel
through the documents, requirements and requests put before us on each
carwash site.
