The owner of the Shopping Plaza realized the need of an
extra service to customers.

The carwash features two Touchless Automatic Bays and
one Self-Service Bay. Four Vacuum Stations are available
for customers and those whom just need to clean inside
their vehicle.
The location is unique in that the owner used this small out parcel to add an extra service for the clientele. The land use has been upgraded from weeds to an income providing service and business venture.
The vacuum domes and canopies are the strong visual display
of color during the evening hours.
Automatic Bays have credit card and cash capability.
The Seven Station Vending Island provides added service for the customers and income for the business.
